Find your voice
Sometimes it can be hard to say what we feel, which can make life and relationships difficult and confusing. Counselling can help.
I offer a space to breathe.
Is this happening to you ?
” I’m scared to say what I feel in case I hurt or upset someone ”
” I’m stuck in a relationship or situation I don’t want because I can’t say what I feel “
” I always go along with what everyone else wants then I feel resentful and angry ”
” I can’t see how I fit in “
” Anxiety is controlling my life “
“Why are relationships so difficult ? “
” I feel so angry all the time but I don’t know why “
” I just can’t be bothered with anything “
” I feel so worthless “
” I don’t know what I feel “
” I wish I knew how to relax
I can help
I work with adults and young people (in a school context) to manage relationship and communication problems using counselling and coaching.
These are some of the areas I can help with:
– Managing difficult feelings like anger, fear and loss
– Self esteem and confidence
– Depression and anxiety
– Bereavement and sudden, violent loss
– Relaxation and meditation
